The Licensed Materials (the app) are licensed and not sold to you. You shall not rent, lend, share, sub-license, lease, copy or provide remote computer data processing services or distribute the Licensed Materials to any third party, or permit the use of the app by any third party, without the prior consent of Pictate.

Pictate is providing the app as is. It is not warranted against defects, lack of functionality, or other such deficiencies. Emails to the company with reports of such things will be accepted and the feedback considered for possible future updates. Pictate shall not be liable for any damages directly or indirectly caused by the use of the app.

Pictate shall not be responsible for any of the following:

Data loss due to any reason, including any involving the app
Business continuity
Privacy or Security of the data captured by or used with the app
Advising or informing on any privacy or security best practices, guidelines, or policies that may be required for data captured using the app

You acknowledge and agree that all Proprietary Rights to the app are owned by Pictate.

You shall not have the right to modify the Software or any component, including the database schema or content.

You shall not reverse engineer, disassemble, reverse compile or decompile the app or any Maintenance Release(s). You shall not copy, transfer, or publish the app and you shall not assist others to attempt to do the same.
